Lol yea can the junk fees so the airline raises the price to make up for the difference so instead of a few being charged for the inconvenience they created, now we all get to pay an inflated price. Classic. No company is setting out to loose money here, so they are going to increase the sales price of the item or service to cover the difference. The consumer still doesn't win but they won't price cap or prevent price gauging because we live in a capitalist country, people have the right to charge, high or low what they feel the service is worth, and if they don't make a profit that paves the way for other companies to come along and provide cheaper and so on and so forth. It's the way it goes. Plus government and it's officials make money off of making decisions to benefit these companies to do things that favor their profits. It's business, that's why Trump was better at this than the rest because he ran it like a competitive business but any good business owner knows the machine(the business) runs best when all the parts (employees) are happy, healthy and properly maintained.

I don't understand how all these people in the comments can be so stupid to hate on Biden for trying to pass a bill that lets consumers accurately compare prices to book hotel rooms or airline tickets. This relatively recent issue started happening when online advertisers and retailers realized they can deceive consumers by offering fake prices up front. Better to stamp it out now before it gets out of hand. I'm not in favor of the non compete agreement ban though.

As a matter of fact I used to end up paying overdraft fees every time I I think it is time that these overdraft fees need to stop. And they need to stop now! As a matter of fact I just got through paying well over four hundred dollars in overdraft fees. That didn't give me any time to basically save any money! So that is why I think we need to pass the bill as soon as possible. If we do not pass this bill? Then we are in big trouble! How about measures that address health care, the overpriced college education, lobbying in government etc. Btw when he mentioned the anti compete measure he gave the dumbest example. Talking about fast food preventing workers from applying to competitors. He seemed to really believe it too. The measure would apply for high value trades, skills like engineering, and corporate mgrs. These measures are things that seem relatable to most people but really not that impactful.
