Roe vs Wade was a direct attack on Christian morals by a small group of deranged radicals. The young pregnant teenage girl who was presented as an example did not even get an abortion. She gave her baby up for adoption. Go ahead and look it up atheists. The decision was based on lies. I challenge any one to prove me wrong.
Abortion is none of the government's business, it is a personal choice. It is both personal and private, that's all I have to say.
Giving abortion back to the states will dramatically effect the abortion industry. As you said some states will make it illegal. Already 5 states follow the beating heart act and more to come. Need term limits of 2 for all 3 branches. To have a Supreme Court justice who falls asleep hearing a case because of age is not appropriate for the position. Having a living fossil in the presidential seat or in congress is wrong too. Age limit of 65 years of age. There need to be mental stability testing to verify that person can do the job at 100 percent. No teleprompters. If you are not intelligent enough to give a speech, then you do not need the job. Loyalty testing to the USA, her people, and the Constitution and Bill of rights. No more treason in the White House, Congress, or Supreme Court. No more insider trading, or market manipulation. Make very clear laws for the SEC. They are incapable of independent thought on regulation. Look at Gary Gensler and his broad brush approach to securities. It is supposed to be a very defined approach. They are supposed to regulate, not force companies they do not like out of business. People like Gary Gensler are bad for the USA. Need real leaders in government who have had successful businesses for at least ten years. No more theoretical politicians like crazy Joe who stay in office and do nothing for 47 years.
