The Government can suggest but not demand. "Most Transparent Administration EVER" A Potato. Thank God for some judges with Common Sense who actually takes the oath to uphold the Constitution seriously. The First Amendment is first because a free and open exchange of information is the MOST important way to keep a tyrannical government in check. The Second Amendment is there to make sure the first is not infringed by allowing citizens to defend themselves against a tyrannical government.
