Since when does any prosecutor do a medical/physical fitness evaluation of a suspect to determine suspect’s fitness to be charged? This SC’s actions violate every standard procedure of the charging/prosecution process. Biden should have been charged same as Trump after which an evaluation should have been conducted – usually upon a motion by the defense – to determine mental/physical fitness to stand trial.
This move stinks to high heaven and is just one more blatantly clear example of the 2 tiered justice system of the swamp. Failing to prosecute Hillary Clinton also comes to mind.
