Why not make it an even 7 trillion? I think the people who make up these budgets are responsible for destroying us economy, or they are totally ignorant about economics, which involves scarcity of resources, production of goods and services, growth of production and welfare, or government programs over time.
It’s like the accounting equation it has to balance.
They have no accountability in any of these areas over a period of time. In other words, they have no plan, no deliverables and time frame to monitor anything.
So, instead of fighting or trying to compete with China, humble yourselves and let them show you how to make a 5 year plan to reduce spending and build up resources in training your people, who are suppose to be one of your biggest resources. This text formation is worth a lot, but you can have it for free as usual.
