We need to stay out of Ukraine. Not our problem. I sympathize with the civilians there, but what the MSM is reporting is fake news designed to make Zelensky look like a saint and Putin a devil. It is much more complicated than that. If Putin is so bad why hasn't he just hammered the cities into dust? He owns the airspace over the entire country. And how is it that the power, water and internet service still functions in this country that he is supposedly brutalizing? His troops are not wantonly destroying everything in their path and are taking a risk to advance this way. I don't support Russia invading Ukraine, and am not a Putin fan. However, the media has done nothing but lie to us over the past few years, so why believe them now? I've seen independent sources from Ukraine post videos on YouTube showing that the media is gaslighting the situation there, staying in hotels, eating in restaurants that are still open. Then they'll put on a flak jacket and helmet and travel to a building damaged in 2014 and film in front of that, claiming the damage is new. Think for yourself, don't get sucked into this "I stand with Ukraine" fervor. The warhawks in DC want support to escalate this to replace the billions they lost when Afghanistan ended.
Think about why the only bipartisan support any issue has gotten in Washington is this. Then look at the records of who supports escalation. Neocon and Dem warhawks, all of them. Watch the Oliver Stone or Time Magazine documentary on Ukraine. It will surprise you.
