This is a real serious and difficult case but I think at the end the Biden administration will prevail in the Supreme Court will support President Biden plan… look at the facts. This will help the economy as people will use that money to invest…. In the supreme court knows that they just have the make sure to listen to both sides to be fair. Is it gonna be a long journey.

I am ok with the intent of helping struggling borrowers. But either has to go through an act of Congress or has to be on a case by case basis. A high percentage of the loan forgiveness beneficiaries are doctors, lawyers, nurses and bureaucrats who can easily pay their loans. We shouldn't spend 500 billion dollars on an en masse program.
