Of course, any normality is better than global insanity! The time is right for confrontations when "having' is trying to swallow 'being'. It is indispensable for Humanism to win: all the power associated with competitive sports and personal achievements are to enter the fields where actions take place. This should not be linked with illegal proceeds, as per woke followers. Confrontation is positive with a capacity to step in and out of it: win-win only occurs when a wider picture gets embraced. It is appreciated that challenging anti Government commenrts are prominent at present, but if they persist after a victory, it is only the beginning of another cycle of political ping pong games. We should see aims and purposes to be part of a genuine campaign followed up by meeting commitments. Politics have never been a science and this is demonstrated now more than ever since the pulse of Nations can be felt and investigated at the touch of a keyboard.

It wasn't legal for the DOE to fraudulently consolidate my loans with an old signature, to not apply my payment in full until 3 months AFTER they cashed the check (BEFORE the consolidation occured), which they claimed they never received, and add about $25k in interest penalties and fees to a $9k balance. But that didn't stop them from doing it.
I look at this forgiveness, if it happens, as justice and restitution for that. And while I'd rather not have the tax payers pay for the DOE committing a crime, they would have had to anyway had I been able to get an attorney to take the case.
I'm not rich. Not even close to well off or middle class. Never have been.
And I would be willing to bet that there are many others in my position or similar situation.

Anything to get votes for the Democrats, and not unusual for the Bidens to do illegal practices. There is more criminal history is the Biden Family than any other Government in history.

Totally legal and totally constitutional. He is paying the interest debt for two years of the pandemic only. It is billed as debt paydown, but it is just interest deferral. So under covid funding he uses the money to extend the loans two years by paying that interest cost.

As an American citizen I'm glad to hear that Biden cannot do student loan forgiveness and it is illegal. I for one will not pay somebody else's student loan. Nobody paid for my son I hope that this decision will stand up in the Supreme Court

An executive order is a signed, written, and published directive from the President of the United States that manages operations of the federal government. Presidents that issued the highest number of Executive Orders are Republican President George W. Bush, Democrat Barack Obama and "Republican" Donald Trump.

It is not student loan debt forgiveness. It is student loan debt TRANSFER to the taxpayers of the U.S.

Make the colleges make payments for their students that can't. The colleges should not produce students that can't earn money. They should NEVER trick students into taking out college loans that do not produce the ability to pay back the student loans.
