Democrats always vilified "Big" business, and the "Country Club" as aloof and uncaring. Then, came the tech sector, with accretion of enormous wealth, and no labor problems. They even escaped governmental scrutiny, until it became apparent they hated Republicans.

Stop funding Wall Street and the Stock Market, Real Estate is the better investment. If you choose to use Real Estate as an Investment, then make sure you consider Location, Location, and Location as most important when you want the best return on investment. Example: I bought a Toyota Highlander instead of a Ford Explorer. Ford is woke. Toyota is not.

The problem is over regulation.
Example is our meat processing. 80% done by 4 companies, because federal regulation makes it nearly impossible for small processors to meet the regulations. This means regulation has created monopolies. This MUST be changed.
