  1. BAFTA 2023 was so WHITE!

  2. 2023 was by far the worst year in Oscar history for nominations. Especially for acting. AMPAS decided to have a diversity year and nominate anyone who was black, Asian, Gay/Lesbian, Jewish etc. As a result people who are nominated do not deserve any recognition for their mediocre roles. But AMPAS is trying their best to push these movies down our throats. Pathetic affirmative action, diversity inclusion and as always the LGBT agenda.
Elvis was a disgrace to the King, Banshees of Inisherin was the Irish version of Dumb and Dumber, Aftersun was a painfully boring joke, Everything everywhere all at once was the Asian Moonlight (a crap film hyped up for the sake of diversity inclusion), Avatar was a money grab, All quiet on the western front was unfinishable, the Fablemans was Jew glorification and Tar and the Whale were all about the ongoing gay/lesbian agenda.
The only good movie so far was 'To Leslie' starring the wonderful Andrea Riseborough. It is the one true great performance of this years otherwise horrible nominations.

  3. BAFTA is for white only…yellow maid only can win….

  4. Is it any wonder that black actors and actresses were shut out or not nominated. There are 6, 675 voters for film. But only nine vote for each category. So these bad odds will always skew to white actors, however pathetically weak they may be. The "Television Committee" chooses nine for each category. Worst of all, the actual trophy is, like all things English, hideous.

  5. Hope they give the oscars to the films that are actually entertaining for a change ?

  6. They were held at Royal Festival Hall not Royal Albert Hall as reported here. Was at Royal Albert Hall in prior years.

  7. what happened to everything everywhere all at once?

  8. All white winners 🀫

  9. Everything Everywhere All At Once just get one award, that's typical. This movie has zero chance to get any awards during Oscar Night, that's for sure. Everyone knows what is the reason behind this. It's always happen.

  11. Congratulations πŸ’πŸ‘πŸ‘ Austin Butler

  12. Can’t wait to see the Oscars

  13. Big disappointment that Zelensky didn't win an award. His performances in Washington, Berlin and all the capitals of Europe were outstanding. His outfits were stunning and his delivery was to die for. Let's hope he gets an Emmy and a Golden Globe.

  14. You never mentioned these until this year. Great to see a newsreel with no politics

  15. Navalny was a big winner here. Hope it wins the Best Documentary Feature Oscar

  16. It's been 20+ years since I've seen a decent film.

  17. All the crap about pointing out that the winners were all white is disgusting. People are people not colours.

  18. I can't believe that the BAFTA voters actually voted for a remake as the best thing. And Cate Blanchett's speech is so much more thoughtful and gracious compared to the one from the CCA.

  19. The BAFTA's show stank worse than a portable toilet over a hot bank holiday weekend.

  20. All Quiet on the Western Front is incredible! It DESERVES Best Picture.

  21. Congratulations Austin Butler πŸŽ‰ Elvis is amazing movie πŸ†πŸ‘

  22. Come on ABC. Get details correct or don’t mention them. The awards ceremony was held at Royal Festival Hall not Royal Albert Hall. Totally different places

  23. Oh God, they're adding another awards show to the already glutted calendar. And yet another tribute to Queen Elizabeth.
