Scary. Read an article online about commotio cordis as cause. Possible but RARE. Other causes could include aortic injury due to underlying possible congenital weakening of the aortic wall. Alternatively there could be an underlying rare coronary artery pattern. We may never know exactly what happened due to privacy protection, which is completely appropriate.
