Officers in California were surprised to find a black bear take a moment to cool off and splash around in a jacuzzi. The bear spent several hours on the property before wandering off, police say.

I wouldn't call animal control or anything. I would let the bear chill and relax.
As long as the bear is not bothering anyone or their pets, let them be. However, the bear better not overstay its welcome.
I wish I could communicate with animals. I would tell the bear, "Alright, bruh, you can chill in my pool for one hour per day between these hours during the Summer to cool off. But you can't be scaring any of my guests or neighbors or trying to eat any pets."
