Just so I make sure I understand. 7 years ago CPS checked on her because of a blood test and a hurt child. Both issues were resolved when they were discovered to be unfounded. She has not had any issues with CPS since. 7 years and no issues. This seems like old news. She seems like a good mother who is doing a great job providing and caring for her children. CPS has had no interaction with her in 7 years! How is she an example of this news story?

This is larger than black families , in Arizona , if your child is under 5 years old & placed into a out of kinship foster home , the likelihood of reuniting with your child in Pima county , is less than 1 percent .

CPS made their best judgement with the info they had. they followed up and retested her and the facts of the matter prevailed. if a race is being targetted with unjustified and unfounded investigations, then thats one thing, but you offered no facts to back that up, here. all you did was try to paint a fairy tale by taking a set of facts and distorting them. its common practice to drug screen all mothers of newborns at the hospital and its nobody's fault that there was a false positive. fake news….

being hispanic in arizona, i have also had cps called on me, im a single full time dad, but thank god my ex wife is white so when they talk to her they go away and leave me alone, even tho she is tho one on drugs. I take care of my children by myself and it hurts that even tho i try my absolute best i get those called on me. But im use to it. take the punches as they come……
