This story has nothing to do with "black neighborhoods" having lower appraisal values, it literally has to do with the same house (in the SAME neighborhood, the house didn't move) having a higher value when pictures of a black family were removed, which as stated in the report is a disturbing trend.

No discrimination, the homeowner just wanted to see if she can file complaint and sue the company for money. She might have a so call nice home, but live in a poor and violent neighborhood then again her property taxes are lower compare to rich and safer neighborhood with higher tax rate to support; safety, education, and business 😆
