Pennsylvania fire officials said that a body found in the Delaware River is believed to be 2-year-old Matilda Shiels, who went missing during deadly floods in July. Upper Makefield Fire Chief Tim Brewer said that the search for Shiels’ missing 9-month-old brother Conrad will continue. WCAU’s Johnny Archer reports.
