We've all been watching this clusterf**k of a story unfold for 2 full months now. We can't stop watching because WE CANNOT BELIEVE HOW IT WENT DOWN. In all these videos I think I heard one meek voice of a cop say, "we should get in there and help those children" or something like that. That is the only sign out of 396 cops (?!!) that ONE wanted to do the right thing in those long, LONG 77 minutes? It's all so unbelievable. They DID get the info that kids were in there, alive. THEY DID NOTHING. It's truly nauseating watching them stumble around that hallway, concerned about themselves while PURE EVIL had the luxury of killing those children at will, unimpeded. HTF do these guys sleep at night?
Expecting others to sacrifice their own life to save yous is pure selfishness.
I have had enough of this endless slamming of our police officers. All you guys talking like you would do better in the same situation.
Police officers are human beings, too. Their job is to offer public protection, but that does not mean their own lives are expendable.
From what I have seen, they did just fine, not perfect, but definitely within reasonable expectations.
It always makes someone feel so much better about themselves when they talk like they know everything as long as they are not personally involved. Is this country displaying this level of anger towards the police because they care about lost lives? No, you guys are doing it because berating others makes the person feel good, especially doing it while taking the moral high ground.
The families going after the officers are also doing nothing good to honor their lost ones. What do you guys want? You want a story in which 5 police officers are killed so that one person, who was already bad injured and would probably spend the rest of their life in unbearable pain, could be bravely saved? Does the family of the police not matter as much?
Let me repeat, police officers do not have the obligation to sacrifice their life for others. They job description only requires them to do the best they can to offer protection without having to endanger their own lives. Police chiefs make decisions based on that principle, too.
Saving other lives while sacrificing yours is heroism, but not doing it does not deserve such nationwide criticism. All the media showing those same footage over and over ignore the fact that by keeping the shooter inside, the other officers successfully evacuated many students and saved their lives.
These people appearing so frequently in the media are just wanting a large settlement
We need to outlaw firearms and trust our safety to these 376 police officers. They will protect us, outlaw guns.

Let's focus on this: 376 law enforcement officers from different agencies were there for 77 minutes while children were being massacred; well trained professionals, with powerful weapons some with laser gun-sights, flash-bang grenades, tear gas canisters, and body armor plus ballistic shields, 240 of them from State and Federal agencies including a SWAT team. The BORTAC team is supposedly trained at the level of Special Forces since they must be capable of stopping terrorists at the border. Plus, the door was unlocked and the classrooms have windows. Think about this… unbelievable, right? This was a sample of reality, not a Hollywood movie or TV series.
There is literally no way the DA is going to charge the 19-20+ cops who didn't act that day outside the class. He/she should. But, they're definitely not going to do that.
Tf is he shooting up 4th graders in an elementary school classroom based on some bullying that happened to him 9-11 years ago? What a psycho, a weirdo, and a loser! Too bad that these happened to be the incompetent police task with containing this deranged degenerate!

You don't use Wi -Fi you use Hard wire ( Ethernet cable ) Wi-Fi is unreliable . The fact that this was a known problem is also inexcusable that was not fixed thus leading to communication breakdowns or lack of communication altogether when it was needed the most . Looks like people got complacent or have that it won't happen here or to me mentality and then when they realize it is happening those with the power to shoot back pretty much used those kids as shields to protect those with bullet proof vest . Heads need to roll and serious time behind bars need to be handed out.

Funny how the police are all trigger-happy when they have an opportunity to gun down defenseless, unarmed black men (think: Jayland Walker) — but when responding to an active shooter situation, they would rather sit on their @sses than rescue a classroom of fourth-graders. It's almost like they signed up for that job just to revenue-raise by ticketing people for tinted windows or driving 4 mph over the speed limit. They should have handed their bulletproof vests, rifles, and ballistic shields off to some of the competent parents who were eager to rush in in their tank tops to save their children.
