The officer who shot Young is on paid administrative leave while the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation examines the shooting, which is standard practice.

Step 2 prove she spoke English .
Step 3 foia all body cameras from all actors on scene.
Step 4 gather all incident reports on all actors on scene.

Yes, suspend without pay, restrict the killers travel rights, investigate (with 3rd party investigators). Then, if appropriate, prosecute him to the maximum extent of the law. Police should be punish extra for crime not less. Especially crimes against the public committed while on duty. Police departments should have to pay the law suits, not the citizen tax payers that they abuse. Make police decide between paying lawsuits, and… not committing murder. It’s one or the other.
