A spokesperson for the congressman claims he made the comments after he was allegedly prevented from providing medical care to a teenager who authorities have said was having seizures.

professional clinicians like MD and other allied health should know the signs and symptoms. I will put my trust in a doctor. EMS a lot of times dont even know what they are looking at. Remember EMS are trained and taught with just the most basic medical info. Ems to a dortor is like comparing a 1st grader to a principal.
