Maybe he should have tased her instead. When are we going to accept that the situations are escalated by the citizen. Why not just comply get through the process and take grievances out later. In these situations the citizen is always making themselves a nuisance and hard to deal with not saying what the cop did was acceptable but the situation would probably have never escalated to that point if she had just complied.

This happened a little bit over a year ago he just now hearing about it he's lying they were using this time to try to cover it up to get these criminal law enforcement officers off the hook it doesn't matter to law enforcement if it's on video or not especially when it is showing the proof of the criminal act . I'm quite sure this mother is going to sue, and I hope it is for millions. She was holding her baby possibility that the child was in some kind of way, and he was injured along with the criminal action . The reason why the reporter couldn't get any update on the mothers are any of those who were involved because law enforcement covering it up and still is without any other information about this case . Hope there will be a recent update hope the reporter can find out and locate the victims to do an interview

You mean to tell me that a reporter, you know, someone who researches and seeks out stories of interest to the public, couldn't find any of these people, or their families to go to for comment? Really? Too hard? You couldn't go through mug shot photos of people arrested during that same time frame? Did anyone even try? And you call yourselves a news team.

Question for everyone.if you are police and you are telling someone to turn around for the handcuff and you tell them why they are being arrested and yet they keep asking you why are they being arrested and you keeping telling them,how many times are you going to keep asking them to put their hands behind their backs?20?40?80?how many times before you force them to turn around or would you just let the criminal walk away since they wont obey your orders.this is the question.dont add any what about this or what about that,to the question.the question is only what i wrote.

One more time!! Totally justified! Why? Because only an extremely crazy, drugged, drunk "mother" can scream and puts the baby in danger with aggressive behavior! A real parent will be very calm with the police if they ask him something! They are aggressive if they hiding something (cocaine, heroin) and the baby is like a cover to avoid being searched! I'm sure the officer feared for the baby's safety and had to react!
There was no other way to resolve the situation? Grab a car seat, put her and the baby in the back of a police car? Take them to the station together?
