A 10-year-old boy was caught driving a stolen Bobcat construction vehicle and driving it through a Pennsylvania neighborhood, crushing a neighbor’s fence and damaging multiple vehicles. Police later found the boy and released him to his family an hour later. No injuries were reported, authorities say.
