A Los Angeles jury has found actor Danny Masterson guilty of two counts of rape after he was charged with raping three women more than 20 years ago. He is most known for appearing on “That 70’s Show”. NBC’s Dana Griffin reports.

It’s not that I don’t believe the victims, but 20 years later? That seems like a tough one to prove. It seems like it would be a lot of he said vs. she said. I just would like to know the evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.
I know I will get hate, but there is a burden of proof and since Me Too it seems that the simple accusation can determine guilt.
That being said, if he did it then good riddance, I was just curious about the proof standards.
I didn't know he was missing, but what a way to be found.

Interesting how mass media failed to show up at the trial. Best coverage was by Aaron Levin-Smith on his YouTube channel “Growing Up In Scientology.” He came all the way from Florida at his own expense to give several daily updates.

Another key difference in the case was that information about Scientology's policies was allowed to be admitted. The amount of harassment that the Jane Doe's in the crime have endured from that cult is reprehensible. They were forcefully disconnected from family and constantly harassed and vilified for reporting the crimes against them. There are so many other victims who did not come forward. I am glad he has finally been stopped.
