We all know Sandy Hooks case was conducted by the left to shut down Alex Jones freedom of press and free speech. Alex Jones stated the shooting happened, but crisis actors were on the scene ‘possibly’ and that it smelled of corruption. That was simply his opinion. This was spun off in order to create any reason by the corrupt courts and judges along with government officials paid by so called wealthy donors to parade Mr. Jones through a kangaroo court system thus achieving “they’re” goal of shutting Alex Jones constitutional first amendment right to freedom of speech. Even stealing millions and millions of dollars from him and his family. We have a punitive damage cap in Texas. As I understand it, the cap is $750,000.00 per plaintiff. Why is no one talk about that!??

To answer the contributor's question, the cap on damages is because of people like HIM and HIS network; it's the big CORPORATIONS — the same ones who claim to be upset about caps — that are the ones who LOBBIED to cap damages. Can't wait for Dominion Voting System $1 Billion lawsuit against Faux News. Even with a cap it will be substantial.
