The thing is we've all cut ourselves and bled, so when guys would freak out about periods- it never made any sense to me. They know what blood looks like. Same thing. Just from another part of the body. 🤷🏿♀️

I have never experience shame for having a period, most of them men I've dated were pretty chill about it.

Poor women. They have periods while men only have a 7 years shorter life expectancy due to making up 94% of work place fatalities, 99% of deaths due to war, 75% of suicides and homicides, 55% of DV victims, 26% victims of r ape and SA at the hands of a woman accompanied by no social aid or legal due process, 63% more prison time and 300% higher incarceration rate to begin with for the same crimes, 78% of homelessness and so on.
