Previous case shows Cohen paid Stormy out of his personal account and Trump never reimbursed him. Stormy filed a lawsuit against Trump for defamation and lost the case stormy was ordered by the court to pay Trump $300,000 in 2018. These accusations have been dismissed by several attempts to get Trump Don’t forget Statues of Limitations on Stormy have run out.
