How was this even a jury trial? The guy didn’t show up to answer questions. There was nothing to decide. Anyone else woulda been in jail months ago and now we gotta wait another few months.
Basically a joke "avarro faces anywhere from 30 days to a year in jail, as well as a fine of up to $100,000" He will never face jail time and 100,000 is a joke which would be 20 to 50 dollars to the general public. This should point a thousand times to a joke of sentencing which means nothing to these people. WHAT A JOKE. At least these people feel the wrath of the American Judicial System. NEVER.
