That corrupt judge should be desbarred. I hope a bunch of attorneys move forward to have her taken off the bench. I don't care who appoints what judge, they take a oath to be fair and impartial. Hundreds of judges across the country have actually come out on news shows and written letters to say what a horrible decision she made an even allowing the special master, let alone stopping the investigation. It sets a pretty horrifying precedent. I. Judge Cannon just gave trump and his attorneys the right to view and argue the classification of TOP SECRET/SCI HSC documents without any authority under law. She is attempting to force DOJ to commit the same crime as trump: 18 USC § 793(f): “(f) Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.”
This blatant act of espionage by the Judge seriously compounds the already egregious compromise of national security perpetrated by trump who left these documents outside of the SCIF where they belong.

DOJ should appeal rather than submit the documents to a special master to prevent: the unauthorized viewing of the classified documents by the trump attorneys who hold no security clearances; the delay of the national security damage assessment, and; contamination of the forensic evidence on the documents. A DOJ Motion for Declaratory Judgment might just properly segregate the seized documents in accordance with law and fact to allow forensic examination of all the seized documents and to provide a guide to the Special Master for his work, if there are still docs to review. The essential elements of segregation to be determined include:
1) All claims of executive privilege must be asserted “PRIOR TO THE CONCLUSION OF A PRESIDENT’S TERM OF OFFICE…”44 USC § 2204(a).
2) All classified documents may only be declassified by a sitting president, 32 USC § 2001.
3) The plaintiffs have not identified any of the seized documents that were properly declassified or subject to executive privilege during the term of the Trump presidency, nor is DOJ aware of any record of such documents.
4) Any personal documents, including private attorney client documents, that were seized in the boxes containing classified documents are evidence of improper, unsecured storage and unauthorized access to the classified documents and are properly seized evidence of a crime(s) pursuant to 18 USC § 793.
5) Any seized communications with attorneys in the employ of the US government while plaintiff was president are presidential documents within the sole possession of NARA pursuant to 44 USC § 2202.
6) Any seized documents meeting the qualifications of 44 USC §§ 2201-2209 are the sole property of NARA.
7) Any seized communications between plaintiff and his private attorneys shall be redacted to the extent that the probative value of forensic evidence can be minimally retained.
8) Any seized tax documents that are the subject of a subpoena of AG James shall be delivered to AG James without delay unless forensic evidence must be retained and then only copies must be timely transmitted. Where forensic evidence must be retained on tax documents, the underlying text shall be redacted to the extent that the probative value of forensic evidence can be minimally retained.
9) The findings above establish the lack of plaintiff’s proprietary interest in any of the seized documents, relegating all documents exempted from Special Master Review and rendering the prior order for a special master MOOT.
10) Where the JUDGMENT above eliminates the possibility of granting the requested relief, plaintiff’s motion for equitable relief is dismissed.
Let’s hope this frivolous complaint is resolved short of an appeal.
The ODNI must refuse to issue security clearances for the trump attorneys and even trump to review the TOP SECRET documents before the special master because trump only hires attorneys who will conspire to violate laws and obstruct justice.
