  1. Justice Thomas issued a dissenting opinion stating "It is not bribe unless you take cash".

  2. What are judges even doing debating on rights when we firmly believe in healthcare access to all. There needs to be a full investigation if any republicans are tied to this violation of human rights deeper than the case is at.

  3. America is no longer a nation under God

  4. Stop killing children

  5. Back to coat hangers soon 😂

  6. For those unaware, this drug is commonly used for women miscarrying. This can save their life and future fertility.

  7. Christianity does not belong in policy

  8. horribly bad decision 👎👎👎 stop the murder of babies

  9. I'm a conservative and I say let it be! I could care less as long as our tax dollars don't pay for it and it is limited to 10 wks. Let them people continue to murder their off spring…the world may be a better place because of it! Sounds harsh but if they don't want their baby the child will not be raised properly and will more than likely not have a good life or end up physically hurt.

  10. God will judge and yes everyone will have to answer to the creator, whether they believe it or not

  11. Thomas, we know is bought and paid for, no shock on Alito disenting. They do not believe in the law, only conservitive money.

  12. The FDA shouldn't be bound to politics.

  13. I find it very strange that people believe our founding fathers did not support the freedom of right to choose for women. They were actually more progressive than the direction they are trying to take the nation currently. Even Benjamin Franklin included recipes for abortion in his publications.

  14. Texas judge's ruling applied to the 2000 FDA approval. FDA could simply issue a 2023 reapproval of the drug, based on tons of existing safety and effectiveness data from the past 23 years.

The 2000 FDA approval was flawed in that they took some shortcuts. It's fair for a court to intervene, if it's true that the FDA didn't follow its own rules. That's a key role of the courts, to judge whether rules and laws are being followed. But If the FDA quickly issues a new approval based on 23 years of safety and effectiveness data, following all of their current rules, then the courts wouldn't be able to easily intervene.

  16. Voters need to remember who wants to remove woman’s right to their own body and vote accordingly.

  17. Good. This is how the Federal government is suppose to work.

  18. So Republicans are doing exactly what liberals were doing. Go so far right onnan issue, us moderates will vote for the other side. Smart politicians take a middle ground on abortion. Allow it until the fetus is viable outside the womb

  19. Dang what if the v make people have alien babies & there is nothing u can do about it

  20. FDA has meds that can cure diabetes but they won't allow that will they

  21. All conceived children have a right to life, your personal feelings on the matter are irrelevant. Maybe you should be more responsible with your decisions and not sleep around. A life has been created, it's no longer up to you.

  22. Who was going to pay for all the babies? was my question.

  23. Big pharma is definitely going to come for them if they choose to get rid of abortion pills. That’s a huge business and it will never happen bc money runs the world 🤷🏻‍♀️ sorry not sorry.

  24. Yaaaaa democrats can continue to murder babies

  25. The nation is not divided over this pill. The majority are in favor of it.

  26. They call it abortion medication LOL! It actually kills a human life.

  27. America needs to repent for all the babies they have killed. Abortion pill? Really? how evil yall wanna be?

  28. Undermine kids health

  29. Finally they do something right. The pill is also used by kids/adults with different type of medical issues. TX didn’t even care about them

  30. Supreme Court is okay with killing babies??

  31. Big deal so they ruled but the matter was returned back to the states on a whole was the abortion decision overturned no it was not too bad the facts were not set straight

  32. Yall are baby killers..

  33. Oh great now the conservatives in the Supreme Court are swamp members.

  34. Abortion is murder, period! Plain and simple! 😡
