Doctors have been persecuted by the FDA for as long as I can remember. Under the law, only an FDA approved drug can cure an illness.

Science & healthcare can evolve over time as technology evolves and “improves”. For example, what is considered misinformation in 2020 can be shown to actually not be misinformation in a later date as science and healthcare evolves. So for example, (let’s use a doctor for example) if a doctor’s license was revoked in 2020 due to so called “misinformation” but found to be “true” in a later date, will that doctor’s license be reinstated?
Will they (the govt, the state, or whoever is responsible) provide compensation for the earnings missed by the doctor?
How about the suffering (for example, depression) of not just the doctor but the effects to the family or families the doctor has (some human beings actually provide financially not just to their spouses & kids but also to their aging parents, extended family/relatives).
How about the loss of investment earnings the doctor could’ve had if the doctor had put away money into retirement and/or investments for their own personal financial future but the doctor couldn’t because they lost their license.
Will the entity responsible (be it govt, the state, etc.) reach out to these “fired” healthcare providers and provide concessions or will the providers have to lawyer up to recoup what was taken from them?
Will the doctor be also compensated for having to go through the process of “lawyering up” just to fight to get his license/missed earnings back?
Those are just a few points.
If this entity holds the provider liable for informing their patients base on what the entity deems as “correct information”, then this entity shall also be liable if their “correct information” turns out to be misinformation.
Big pharma wants to push their drugs with no questions asked.
This proposed bill encourages violations of the Nuremberg Code. Not surprising that Commiefornia government would put themselves in position to be among defendants in Nuremberg Trials Part II. 🙄

I am wondering what " misinformation" Newsom means here. Newsom did not wear a mask when he had a dinner with his supporters at a restaurant and his aunt didn't wear a mask when she visited the hair salon amid the pandemic. Everyone in California during that time was forced to wear a mask in the public and maintained social distance of six feet but Newsom and his aunt didn't follow the rules. By doing that, Newsom and his aunt did send the Californian a message that Covid is not as dangerous as the CDC says.
