I hate California but that's a law that should be adopted nationwide. Cops only ask you that so you can incriminate yourself and sometimes even refuse to tell you why they pulled you over
I think if you move from California or any Democrat city, once you move, you were ineligible to vote for the next two years when you move into another state

Great rule. This should have happened to all law enforcement everywhere a long time ago. It keeps the cops honest and keeps the driver from incriminating themselves.
