Cambodian refugee shares story of deportation after serving U.S. prison sentence



California Rep. Judy Chu, D-Calif., is proposing a new bill aimed at protecting Southeast Asian refugees from deportation after they serve prison sentences in the U.S. NBC News’ Vicky Nguyen spoke with Cambodian refugee, Phoeun You about his experience.
