Space X. LOL These things have been appearing for years. There was a huge one that appeared in Norway around 2008 that they blamed on a missile test. I dunno what they are, but you can bet they are not what we are told they are.

It was a rocket booster stage offloading fuel as it spiraled back down to earth. Has been documented and accepted as fact; usually happens out in the Pacific in the “rocket booster cemetery” area where they have rocket boosters come down without damage to humans.
