Ray Epps, a pro-Trump supporter filed a defamation suit against Fox News and former host Tucker Carlson. Epps said they falsely claimed he was an undercover government agent who instigated the violence at the Jan. 6 riot on purpose as a way to disparage Trump and his supporters.
