Listen I don't smoke now but, when I did we Cheech and Chonged it all day long and half the night. Can this happen I'm sure it can probably seen it a time or two. But, if you notice crap going down hill you back up. Smoke responsibly and stop blaming weed for people who lack self control and common sense.
This just tells me that people don't understand how to slow down and give their bodies a sober break every now and then if you do consume marijuana. It's not a "poison", people are just overdoing the weed. I've been there. And then I stopped for a month and then came back to it and I'm fine.

When I was younger. I smoked regularly. And then all of a sudden I had a bad reaction, I stopped using it for a long time, but if I ever do it just gives me really bad anxiety. I still advocate for use, I just can’t use it myself. 🤷🏻♀️

I have a family member that has CHS. He developed it at age 20. I diagnosed him at age 26 – before the condition had a name – by finding the very first study done on it in Australia. The doctors told me I was crazy, it wasn't until he was 32 that doctors finally diagnosed him. It would be another 8 years, 3 heart attacks and 2 strokes later before HE finally believed it and QUIT! He's much, much, MUCH better but did extensive permanent damage to his body.

This happened to my daughter. She started smoking marijuana everyday many times a day and there was nothing I could do. She was going over her friend's house and they all did it too. She got violently ill one day and had to be taken away in the ambulance. I of course just assume the doctors would figure out what's wrong with her. She was throwing up non-stop,All of her lab work was off and yet the doctors could not figure out what was wrong with her. She couldn't eat. She was throwing up.She was wasting away there in the hospital bed for 5 days and still no diagnosis. I was desperately searching online and I'm the one who had to beg the doctors to believe me of what I thought it was. I even had to beg them to give her haldol which I looked up is what they give these people. They looked mad at me and upset but one of them finally listened and gave her haldol. Within a half hour she was doing better and could sip on some fluids, before then she would throw up anything and had to be given her nutrition through an IV. That's when they diagnosed her with CHS.
I have this illness. Its like a bad allergic reaction to the amount of THC in your system. I used to smoke 6-8 J’s a day and once every month the sickness would knock me down throwing up, 24 hrs straight ,hot showers would be the only relief. Definitely not something to joke around with as it can dehydrate you to the poi t of death. Now Im down to 1 J a day and have been okay but it sneaks up on you. It reminds me of cyclic vomiting syndrome. I have a prescription for maranol and get sick due to the high THC content, like I said at the first its like a allergic reaction to high doses of THC.

I have used pot since I was 13, I have bipolar and it's the only thing that helps, I have used daily multiple times a day and I will never stop. It absolutely works for me. This is a case by case individual reaction, this doesn't happen to most users.

CHS was NEVER a problem before marijuana was legalized!!!!!! I NEVER got sick and I smoked all the time. Now, I notice extreme nausea after consuming edibles for an extended period of time. At one point, I started vomiting as well. F.U. and your genetically engineered POT, Uncle Sam!
