Look up the definition of Elder Abuse on Wikipedia. There must be an "expectation of trust" for this to be considered Elder Abuse. That tells me there is more to this than we are led to believe. However, in California, it apparently just means you hit someone over 65 in the head with a hammer. Of course, this can be all cleared up very easily if the videos were released, but why clear it up when you can simply lie about what happened and no one calls you out?
