Where's the camera footage? I mean there's no clearer evidence of whether he pulled the trigger or not and what kind of bullets were in the gun then him pointing it right at the lens.

At no point is an actor or an executive or “creative” producer in charge of set safety. The DIrectors Guild of America on set First A.D. is in charge of set safety. Doublechecked and supervised by the DGA position Unit Production Manager. The first AD Dave Halls, should have never been allowed to plead out, he completely and negligently failed to do his job and falsely “cleared” the gun being used as a prop. Hanna Gutierrez Reid allowed the antique guns being used as props to be taken off set, loaded and fired for fun, then returned to the set with bullets in them. There is a lot of negligence to go around here. A 24 year old with hardly any experience, shouldn’t have been hired to begin with. (Hired by the prop master and approved by a U.P.M.)
