Chicago man takes cold plunge in Lake Michigan during deep freeze



Dan O’Conor started jumping into Lake Michigan in 2020 and is keeping up the daily routine despite the brutal temperatures because he says it brightens his day. NBC News’ Maggie Vespa reports on the man addicted to the plunge.

And mainly the current bad situation of financial and social with high prices of food, gas public services, unemployment and others bad issues. Ours communications system like CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC and others, too are guilty for all of bad that US is passing because supported the socialist agenda by Joe Biden.

  17. that's just crazy, I repaired water lines for a living in cold, too, it wasn't much of a living either. but for the plunge, I always told the new people starting, it's not so bad when you go in, the hard part was when you come out 🤣. that guys insane🥶

Anyone who doesn't understand this I can tell you mental health experts are encouraging grown men with mental health issues to consider daily ice baths……Jumping into freezing Lake Michigan wouldn't be all that different to an ice bath…….As they say there is some sort of connection found between ice baths and endophins…….This activity is not encouraged for people who have heart conditions etc because you might have a heart attack…..ask your doctor first.
