Child care workers like teachers are not paid nearly enough add that to the fact that parents aren’t teaching their kids how to be responsible and respectful and have no discipline. It’s not all parents but enough that it’s made an impact.
I personally know someone who quit daycare because a 7 year punched her in the face and cussed at her but she was told to figure out what she could have done differently and the child had no consequences for their actions.
It's the pay ! Taking care of the most precious thing but it's the lowest paid .

The pay they get is not enough for all the do! And the safety in our schools and daycares are horrible! From staff and children getting shot, to Caring Hands Daycare, in LaSalle, Illinois, hiring felons! Someone should look into this place too. JS 🤷💯
Looking after someone else's kids for minimum wage isn't the great job it used to be. We can pay the Kardashians a billion for their bullshit, but can't pay people decently to care for our supposed most precious commodity.
