There's not enough info here. 1. Why was the train carrying such different hazardous materials? 2. Where was it going? 3. Why did it derail? 4. What's the relationship of the derailment and bridge collapse? Sequence of events, etc. 5. Who is operating this train? Where are they in the clean-up? 6. Why is the fool reporter touching so-called hazardous material? And throwing it back in the river? 7. Why isn't he interviewing officials? So many more questions…
