you could try a stuffed focaccia. so you would do a layer of the pesto (or other filling) and then folder over the other half of the dough on top. really push your fingera down to the bottom of the tray for the dimples and can then put more pesto on top.

Hello Josie, I like the rug, I think it warms up the room. It looks also more antique and classic. The white rug is a bit too modern for this space. Of course, it is just my opinion. You do as you want :-)))
maybe its the type of bread flour you are using – some bread flour brands taste better than others also needs to prove for a long time a few hours probably

Josie I think your hair should be left straight more often ,I personally prefer it on you and it is so much better for the hair .however you always look lovely and put together whatever you decide to do . I love to watch what you’re doing and appreciate you sharing your life with us .it has helped me no end with styling and making decisions in my own life. Please don’t put yourself down when it comes to cooking ,you do very well and are very health conscious and cook a lot form scratch and growing your own veg so pat yourself on the back . When you do ‘cheat as such’ it is still very healthy most of the time so you are a good influence..

Hi Josie, me and my husband pick up the wild garlic every year, you should pick up the garlic beginning of April before it start flowing and you can drying the garlic and use as herbs to any of your cooking 🙂
