  1. Their job is the patient so I don’t know how they couldn’t check on him.

  2. Seems like one of the sad cases where this was worse than just negligence.
This be considered on the same level as an execution or intentional murder.

That they could get away with, with the proper filled out paperwork to cover their Deadly actions.

In the medical and the legal community if you fill out the paperwork correctly and it looks right, cross your tees and do your eyes you could get away with a lot .
This is a story the media usually will not tackle in the public face.

  3. When you're in the hands of government, you're in danger.

  4. New to this story. Why did they give ketamine as paramedics? Didnt know it was a thing. They were just doing their job?

  5. Now we have to lock up all involved from the Aurora Gestapo.

  6. A zillion red flags here…..first even if he was doing something wrong….you can't overdose him with special k. If the cops turned vigilante why are predators still killing Americans? If you must say there's clearly someone the cops dont know for a verdict of medical murder….then does that not say criminals can be murdered by cops any time they like? Thus George Floyd- you can't just execute people if you don't like them if your a cop or a doctor or an EMT – that slight and very subtle difference is why the Long Island serial killer kept killing. When an innocent person is executed due to perception of sub standard……that's a regime.

  7. The police should be charged with aiding and abetting

  8. This man was minor. I can tell you that you cannot administer any medication with out consent.

  9. How do you take vital signs on a wild man? Lol

  10. Not fair! I doubt the paramedics had malice.

  11. Defund THAT police station asap!!

  12. Their prejudice got them convicted. If this young man wasn’t black, none of this would’ve happened. I’m a 74 year old Caucasian woman, and I’m asking, “when will this end?”

  13. If he was white, this case would get crickets.

  14. How many innocent people die when there was no test and no camera on these policemen and paramedic 😢😢

  15. 7:59 noticed how hard he avoids saying "black". He almost spoke the complete truth, but throughout bit his tongue as if he was told to do so. Also falling short of saying "race" and says "raid" or something earlier. It's ashame really that we want to pretend we don't know his skin color didn't play a role here.

Secondly, even if he had a criminal record. Even if he was known to the police. Even if he did commit a crime, THIS will still be unjustified. It is worth pointing out as the anchor says the "innocence incarnate" that he was, but that shouldn't NEED to be the standard as to whether you get to see another day. Cops don't get to grab you and slam you to the ground without probable cause, they don't get to EVER put you in life threatening chokehold, and paramedics are NEVER allowed to be negligent. PERIOD.

  16. Stop will they serve any time behind bars??? Like 20yr to life.. or will they go home and pay a fine??? America is so unjust with the law..

  17. I mean u made me smle but i dont no

  18. This happened because the paramedics , listened to the dirty pigs telling them what the problem was with this young man , they did not due diligence

  19. The police were found innocent, what a shock. 😑

  20. Justice is done. But the cops should have been blamed as well but the paramedics should have known better.

  21. This is what happens when cops have immunity and paramedics don't.

  22. Hahaha….HEY KIDS!…think about THAT before you pursue a career in MEDICINE?…🤣🤣
I don't think they teach "Defending yourself against the ghetto lottery in Liberal America"….in Med School!…🤣🤣👍

  23. What about the Cops that started everything? No cops, no paramedics!

  24. The question is, did they ever catch the robber?
    The store clerk deserves justice

  25. Another case pending in Springfield, Illinois

  26. Kudos to white Karen who calls in a kid wearing a ski mask in Colorado! Ur as guilty as these paramedics & police…

If it was FL maybe but to dial 911 Ur call lead to an innocent black man to die-Victim barely 125lbs-his dose was for a man over 200lbs not reasonable care

  27. What baffles me the most is the fact that the paramedics used ketamine when there are several other safer, effective sedatives that aren’t anesthetics or potentially fatal (haloperidol, diazepam, etc.). That itself proves their intent of what they wanted to do to Elijah.

  28. And they say racism doesn’t exit…clear lack of value for a black life. Integration was the worst possible solution. Blacks running to a people that could care less 😢

  29. When The Leader returns to office, many cases like this will be pardoned. Any and all cases that involve race. This case and Eric Shoven, officers involved in the murder of George Floyd, the Proud Boys etc. The Leader frowns on all these convictions.

  30. Wow this is crazy. Why was he wearing the hood? That's a known criminal look 😅

  31. Reminds of the Gorge Floyd case shame on all that were a part of this non consensual drugging

  32. No paramedics will want to take care if you now

  33. Please drop the soap in prison.

  34. im a paramedic and firefighter. never heard of using ketamine in the field. you typically use versed, which is quite safe and more mild. especially strange for someone who was just walking with a ski mask.

  35. Outstanding! Unfortunately it doesn't bring back the young man who lost his life for no reason whatsoever…
