Don't see how any city, county, or state can legally claim to be "a sanctuary to any cartel paying illegal aliens" because to do so is not only a threat to national security (harboring lawbreakers and giving then "like a dog treats" rewarding their breaking our border laws by their illegal presence). In addition, that and related is likely the force behind the snowballing increases in crime, thus, in violation of any oath of office those behind it took. Pass legislation to repeal those statuses, bar any related attempts to worsen what they caused, and hold those behind it accountable for even obstructing law enforcement in solving crimes that could involve cartel paying illegal aliens because they will have no even valid id to trace back to a crime they are trying to solve in protection of US citizens.
