  1. He's talking about older chips like the ones in your car. Believe me there's no short supply of newer chips.

  2. i got sacked from an electronics company for using my phone when i was using it to time how long the things were in an oven cos they were coming out with to high vary resistance. its not about "investment", it's about the Wests hate for itself.

  3. Good luck with congress doing anything good, most disfunction bunch of crooks you will ever see , both sides of the aisle, who suffers , the American people.

  4. Companies like Intel have outsourcing manufacturing to Asia for decades and now they’re complaining about it.

  5. Intel is not GM or Ford. Intel made tons of money in the last 30 years. Intel can afford the new fab by itself. If you don't subsidize Intel, Intel is going to build anyway. Lots of industries in USA need those money more than Intel.

  6. When they stopped manufacturing in the USA and sending overseas I knew America was in trouble. You can thank the soulless greedy corporations for selling the fabric of America.

  7. Dang.. Electrification… From Intel

  8. Why does Pat need Congress' support to do anything? Intel has been racking up grotesque profits with near monopoly market control, maintaining scarcity levels of production, all the while off-shoring every employee and factory possible over the last several decades.

  9. So, now taxpayers have to pay to bring back manufacturing that never should have been allowed to be destroyed by the same bastards with their hands out.

  10. Moving our manufacturing base out of the US in pursuit of higher profits is nothing less than treason. Our political nincompoops should have listened to Ross Perot.

  11. In 1990 our chip industries allowed the US a backdoor to all their chips. Taiwan 🇹🇼 is the major supplier of the world…

  12. If it benefits America, politicians are not going to do it. It is that simple. The enemy has control of our country 100% at every angle and we sit around waiting for a miracle, which they are betting on. They control our courts, our media flow, our politicians, now most of the military and unfortunately half of the voters which are your Liberal robots. At this point it would require an immense force to stop it, and Americans have been broken down to such a weakness and indifference with social media and junk information that they are helpless. It is a sad thing to watch honestly. And a shame.

  13. We can build cars without semiconductors we done it for years.

  14. The problem with (free markets). Waiting for Congress to tell them what to do

  15. WEF/World economic forum
    klausSchwab
look up "Great reset" (Agenda=destroy america)

  16. Didn't Intel move to Israel?

  17. Trump was right once again, he wanted to bring back manufacturing in our country!

  18. Why does the United States always feel that the Taiwan government is subsidizing TSMC? ?

Please take a good look at Taiwan's industrial policy. TSMC is the company that pays the most taxes.

The Taiwanese government did not subsidize Samsung like the Korean government did!

  19. Free market worshippers want the government to invest in select industries.

  20. Don't worry China will meet the needs for chips within 5 years. The only market for chips from USA will be in the Military., Reminds me of when the Japanese started making transistor radios. The american transistor makers didn't care because the US government would buy 1 US made transistor for 100 times more than the consumer was willing to pay. Since the Japanese transistors were not allowed to be used in USA military applications even though they were better quality because that was the monopoly of the US makers. Time is going to do the same thing to the chip industry that happened to the transistor industry, After all all a chip is , is a wafer loaded with transistors. The whole industry in America was susidised by the government and military in particular. IN 5 YEARS , INTEL WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPETE WITH THE CHINESE MAKERS.

  21. 240 billion dollar company why should we subsidize Intel. They desided to do business with China and india

  22. And this is the kind of information that people like Putin know he can use against us.

  23. Day late dollars short… Shipping USA jobs oversea? Now the folly of this action is very apparent.

  24. Wow,,, ingesting long term!!! Sounds so nice!!!

  25. Intel? The richest company in America suggesting American tax payers give him 68 billion to make chips they should have been making every &^&**^$ day here in America? The man laughs and says…give me money. This man is part of the Obama/Biden administration and in this video…is doing his best to brainwash Americans into supporting putting billions into his company stockowners pockets. If this man was a true American he would be taking care of this using Intel's money…now American tax payer money. That FOX would give him a platform to lye to the FOX audient…makes me puke. F this man and FOX.

  26. Government all over world are lining up to invite these semiconductor companies to come to their country… but in their own country these CEO have to beg for funding.. sad

  27. This " move " is long overdue ….. hope this CEO keeps his " word " !

  28. After Ukraine UK or ua or Canada 😂😂😂

  29. What does he mean we should be ready to manufacture chips sometime at maybe next year. What is he talking about? We need them to be making them this year or sooner

  30. California 😂😂 who is inverted 😂😂

  31. Don't give money dollars going down already start oil sailing ruble

  32. watch out these people are in the big tech arena and should not be funded as we really dont need more tech as we need more jobs that allow people to be people not data scientists . and stop any chips that are not made in america. there are other ways to live with out all this out of control electronic chains on humanity

  33. Welcome to Ohio…we are within 700 miles of 2/3 of our population.

  34. These CEO’s ABANDONED AMERICA ALREADY! NOW THEY WANT OUR TAX DOLLARS TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF AMERICANS? NO!!!! They need to spend THEIR OWN PROFITS to build factories here! Tax Paying Americans OWE YOU NOTHING!

  35. Dream, dream and still dreaming the US dream.

  36. I bought 3 vegetable peelers all made in China and they were crap. I finally went to eBay and bought a 50 year old vegetable peeler Made in the USA and it worked perfectly. It will probably be good 50 years from now.

  37. I've heard that 5G isn't safe?

  38. Great person, real American. Thank you sir!!!!!!

  39. Don't forget war toys .

  40. Where’s your rare earths coming from for your manufacturing? Can you say pretty please in Chinese? Left will not allow drilling and pipelines much less mining.

  41. "President Joe Biden unveiled a $2 trillion package primarily tailored to bridges, roads and other transportation initiatives. The proposal also calls for a $50 billion investment in semiconductor manufacturing and research…"

  42. Even $100 billion won't help the semiconductor industry when the prez is deliberately tanking our economy…..

  43. Frail weak demented confused cowardly and frightened this is the US as a super power today what an absolute disgrace
