I was just reading a job opening at my company and wondering why Mr. Biden isn't required to follow this basic hiring practice: "All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, transgender status, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status."

Well considering that I live in California and Los Angeles and seeing how that entire state and city is turning into an apocalyptic nightmare which is single handedly done by the Democratic regime from Newsom, Gascon, Garcetti where criminals are dominating the state, you heard about the train robberies, home invasion, car jackings, smash & grabs, murderers, etc. which are now happening repeatedly over and over daily.
