Why Are So Few Democrats Talking About the “Wide Open Border”? A National Security Issue.
It is interesting that 26 Republican state attorney generals signed a letter supporting the governor of Texas concerning “illegal Immigration”. Where are the Democrat states? No response. They don't care? Not one independent democrat voice says – "There is a serious problem at the southern border". I have not heard the Majority leader in the Senate or the Democratic Minority leader in the House push the agenda of slowing down the huge number of "illegal migrants".
Republicans and Democrats cannot reach an agreement in the House. Republicans and Democrats cannot reach an agreement in the Senate. The House and Senate cannot reach an agreement with each other. The President cannot reach an agreement with the Republicans. Usually when a situation develops like this, the President goes on the road and tries to sell his solution to the American citizens. Just one problem. The President was recently (Jan 15th) asked by a reporter: Do you think there is a crisis at the southern border? Joe’s answer: NO. Houston, I think we have a problem!
The Democratic mayors of NYC, Chicago, and Denver complain continuously about lack of resources. However, they never mention closing down the border as a solution. Their response for their cities is only, "I need more federal money". Which means more taxpayer money from all fifty states. The major democratic cities are saying, I have serious problems, so everyone in the US, send me some of your tax dollars.
Are there no independent Democratic thinkers in the House or Senate. They all are like sheep. Democrats hold 264 seats in the House and Senate. The “wide open Joe Biden border” is a National Security risk. In National Security there are no Republicans or Democrats, it is an American issue.
For the Democrats, the “wide open Joe Biden borders require conformity to the majority or a group mentality. Individuals are not making independent decisions. They all follow the “lead donkey” and they all do the “donkey dance” together. Usually you see this type of behavior in totalitarian organizations, which is not a healthy sign for democracy.

The American people can not work any harder, so more money and letting more people into the country is not the answer. I am almost 70 and have to work 62 hrs a wk to keep my home. Cities need more money, schools need more money, it's costing more to take care of our roads, for electricity and insurance for our homes and cars. We can't do any more. If you want to invite the world to our country, think about what you are doing. We need more police, firemen, teachers, more stores to supply food and what about water? Every year we have water restrictions because of water shortages. How do we make more water? We need more doctors, nurses and hospitals. We need more schools, we need more houses we need more land.. We need and need while we slowly watch this beautiful country being destroyed by power hungry politicians. Pollution is a concern. We have more cars on the roads sitting in traffic. We have more garbage. Where will that go? Allowing people from all over the world to come and live within the US, where do we put them? How do we support them till they can afford the American dream, the same dream Americans are struggling all their lives to achieve. These people won't be able to support themselves here for many years. Luckily I don't have a lot of time left here but what about our grandchildren? Slow down. No more. You are killing us.

Biden could enforce the immigration laws already on the books. The Senate and Biden could pass HR 2 Secure the Border Act that the Senate has been sitting on since May 11, 2023 when GOP Congress passed it. Biden puts other countries first before Americans.
