Insulted by the amount he goes to the third contractor and tells him off, he demands an explanation as to why his quote is so ridiculous.
The contractor gives him a breakdown of the charges
12k for my fence company
10k for my security company
10k finders fee for you
3k for your super pac
And we pay the first guy the 10k he asked for.

I keep saying, as long as there are no government's officials being prosecuted for illegal activities, this country will turn into a third world country y end of this century. Was this under Trump's SBA? At any rate, this report says it occurs under Dem & GOP admins alike. Private co's have always abused Govt contracts & disaster monies, by definition, have to be released quickly. There has to be a way to set limits on a co's profits (ie: fair market) up front before the spigot is turned on.
