Until Santos is criminally charged, he is Constitutionally protected and will continue to remain in Congress. The real culprits here are the Nassau County senior Republican Party members who did not thoroughly vet George Santos and do not have the integrity or ethical compass to admit their complete betrayal and failure to Congressional District 3 constituents and step down.
