The biggest proof that it's not a normal court comes from that decision based on the woman who wasn't a web designer and only daydreamed of being one pretending a straight married man had emailed her that he wanted a gay wedding website and this court made a huge ruling on that case.

Get rid of legacy admissions too and then you can say that college admissions are merit-based.
This ruling is illogical because it left in place affirmitive action in military academies, on the premise that we need more racially diverse military leadership that better relates to racially diverse soldiers in order to ease racial tensions. So 2+2=4, except on Tuesdays. But, wait! Can't that same argument be made for any other educational institution? How about police academies? Don't we also need a police force that racially reflects the community it polices in order to ease racial tensions? And lo-and-behold, we have affirmitive action again…

Schools are funded with budget from that city and county.
So if you live in Beverly Hill, school can have pool, air conditioning, etc
If you live in Compton, school can't even fix broken window or desk.
If every school receives equal fund, then every student have same education.
So all students have opportunity to apply to college.
The U.S. Supreme Court has also struck down the student loan forgiveness. They are on a roll this week.
