America please. Some of us are allergic to execution. We have a background as preachers and alternative health workers and because of our skills we feel the pain of the patient. This can cause a supernatural possession that could cause a injury in a responder that attends to the area. Please there have been two this year and I am recovering from an attempted murder.

DNA evidence was overwhelming even for the state of Texas. Fingerprints all over the murder weapon, his victims blood all over his clothes, a bullet lodged in his home where the murders took place, plus a whole LOT of other corroborating DNA evidence.
Testimony be damned, the only way this guy could be more guilty is if he wanked all over the bodies.
Meanwhile the BLEATING SHEEP decrying the injustices being done to the wolf while the victims had to wait 24yrs for closure…

Shame on ABC. This dude was so blatantly guilty its an absolute joke to pretend he was innocent. He told his former GF he was going to murder them.. he left and came back in the victim's car and covered in the victim's blood. Not only did he steal their jewelry, he it wore it and showed it off to multiple people. When the murder weapon was found a few days later, the victims blood was found on the muzzle and his fingerprints were on both the gun and the magazine. He spent 20 years appealing the conviction and was denied for 20 years for a reason. He was guilty as guilty gets.
Just think if it does indeed turned out he's really innocent.

The death penalty is horrid, especially when new evidence comes forward overtime. You cannot reverse the error of punishing the wrong person after that wrong person has been put to death. Death penalty states in the U.S. are in company with countries like North Korea, China, Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia, to name a few who still actively apply it to their citizens.
