His defense lawyers are accusing a court clerk of tampering with the jury and rushing them to return a verdict. A hearing is underway with the judge set to hear from the clerk and all 12 jurors.

What a waste of time and money to retry this turd.
It's ashame that this woman had to doshe did illegally, this the trail wouldn't take place, this evil man will have a good chance to be acquitted now, money does walk.
He should receive a new trial… The courts in this country have fallen in standards to such a crazy degree in the last 5-10 years. Fire this clerk and give the guy a fair trial. I don't care how guilty he appears as everyone has the right to due process and an unbiased, non-politicized, "court of public opinion" be damned trial.

It's like Ive never seen a court case go in an actually fair manner and with a MURDERER like this its insane this STILL happens. We pay our taxes which pay these large courthouses full of people to maintain justice and they hire 100+ people who aren't even capable (clearly) and don't have justice in their minds but yet their own sorry self. They power trip all day until it ends up on the news where you can be rest assured in the next three months it'll happen again. Then, they pay the cops extra to arrest more people (overtime) and when you get to court THIS is what they do to your case. Oh but wait that if your case has tons of press and they KNOW they're being watched, allow me to guarantee you you don't want to know what they do when no-ones watching…
