A convicted murderer who escaped from a Pennsylvania prison was seen on doorbell video over the weekend in a neighborhood near the prison. NBC News’ George Solis reports.

It’s an "urgent manhunt" because he’s so dangerous!! He’s a convicted mu*de*er!!! Yet, mu*de*ers are released on bail before their trials every day all across the country. They’re allowed to go back to their neighborhoods and resume their normal, dangerous activities for months, if not years, before they’re made to answer for their actions. What makes this cat a bit more dangerous now is his desperation to stay hidden.

How can we be sure that's him in the late night video. He comes out from one side of that tree for about 1 1/2 seconds. It's now 4 days into this escape and they can't find him? We need a whole bunch of questions answered about this prison, escape and search!!
